MITCHELL COLES
Having started in the Construction industry 15 years ago working as a Groundworker within the family-run business, Mitchell quickly gained valuable experience and began managing his own projects.
In October 2018, Mitchell established his own company. Under his leadership, the company quickly made its mark with notable projects such as the refurbishment of The Milfields, luxury flats in Plymouth, numerous HMP refurbishments, CAT A and CAT B refurbishments, and a large development of new builds in Tavistock.
Under his guidance, the company prioritises transparency, quality, trustworthiness, and consistent communication. Mitchell’s hands-on approach ensures that every client feels valued, understood, and confident that their vision will be brought to life with the utmost professionalism, high standards and dedication.
JOSHA BIRNIE
With a career spanning 16 years, Joshua Birnie’s entry into the construction industry began with a hands-on, self-employed role. In his early days, Joshua undertook projects such as tending to student homes, hotel maintenance, and building extensions.
Joshua’s portfolio of projects increased as he gained industry experience. His latest project is a £4 million refurbishment of The Millfields, a block of luxury flats in Plymouth.
Joshua understands the importance of trust and clear communication in this industry. Clients find comfort in his approachability and the genuine connections he establishes, ensuring that their vision is both understood and brought to life.
In 2022, Joshua partnered with Mitchell to take on 50% of Taurus Contracts. The collaboration between their respective experiences drives the company forward as they unite their strengths and shared ambition.
